Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@sackvilleandco.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or make changes to your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly so we can't guarantee the changes or cancellation, but we'll do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – as long as the products are legally available in your country, we can ship to international locations. 

Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable. If duties and taxes are not paid the shipment will not be delivered. The shipment will then be Returned to Sender and refunds will be eligible excluding all shipping charges.
